powerpack®
powerpack® is a combination of all the additives required for production of specific applications.
It contains stabilizers, lubricants, Titanium Dioxide, anti-oxidant, processing aid, impact modifier,
and many other special additives. By adding powerpack® to your resin, your raw material is ready for production.
It provides a wide processing window and overall cost reduction. Selected applications allow up to
200 PHR Calcium Carbonate loading, delivering both superior quality and efficiency.
Dry Blend
Dry Blend is a ready-to-use mixture containing stabilizers, lubricants, processing aid, impact modifiers,
and other special additives blended with resin. It eliminates the mixing stage — you can directly feed it into the hopper.
Ideal for manufacturers facing labor challenges, Dry Blend helps save time and cut costs while ensuring consistency.
Granules
Granules are essentially Dry Blend converted through extrusion. While Dry Blend is produced in a mixer,
granules are formed in extrusion machines, resulting in enhanced stability and a dust-free environment.
Because of these advantages, granules are particularly preferred in CPVC applications.
